Our Research & Development (R&D) team focuses on advancing engineering practice through applied research, technology evaluation, and innovation. Working closely with our engineering staff, government and industry partners, and academic collaborators, this team supports the development, validation, and deployment of digital solutions, data-enabled workflows, and emerging engineering methods—bridging the gap between research, field implementation, and real-world infrastructure performance.
